Fugitive Miriam Lopez wanted for Ladyville love murder!

GeneralFugitive Miriam Lopez wanted for Ladyville love murder!

Donna told police that after the ?ex? came in, an altercation ensued between the ?ex? and Foreman. She said that in the midst of the argument, the ex-girlfriend pulled out a knife and inflicted a large cut wound to Foreman?s left leg, reportedly causing him to bleed profusely, and he eventually lost consciousness.

Amandala spoke with Yolanda Foreman, sister of the deceased, at KHMH today and found out that the media had been given the wrong name. She told Amandala that the name of her brother?s ex-girlfriend, is Miriam Filomina Lopez, and not Aguilar, as the press release and the media had mentioned.

Yolanda Foreman told the newspaper that the night in question, her brother had just dropped her off at her home, a little after 10:00 p.m. She said that he had made it a practice to drop her home because her boss was away, and she was left to close up the Ladyville gas station, where she works, at about 10:00 p.m. She added that she lives a short distance away from her brother.

Foreman told the newspaper that her brother had been involved with Lopez for over 15 years, but it had been a rocky relationship. She said that her brother had told her many times about his ex?s violent behavior. She said that he was not the type of man to hit a woman, and therefore, he was taken advantage of. She said that the last time her brother and Miriam were apart for over four months. She said the problem was that the woman wanted to leave when she wanted, have many men, and then come back to her brother whenever he got involved with anyone else. She added that these were the times when she would ?stalk? him.

She told Amandala that on Monday, December 13, there was a Christmas party at her work. She said that she had invited her brother, who came and brought his new girlfriend with him. Foreman said that Louis told her the following day that Miriam called him and told him that she knew he had been at the party – she wanted to know what was his reason for being there. She said that Louis told her that he was tired of it, and tired of her stalking him.

Yolanda said that her nephew told her that when they ? Foreman and Donna – arrived at the house, Donna went inside, while his father held the door open as he, the son, ran to urine at the back of the house. She said that his mother, Miriam, then entered the house and began arguing with Foreman.

She said that Donna told her that when she realized that it was his ex, she ran behind the house.

The 11-year-old son, who saw the incident, said that his parents got involved in a quarrel and that his mother pulled out a knife and a struggle ensued. He said that the knife fell to the floor and both of them bent down in an attempt to pick it up.

He said that that was when his father was stabbed, with both of them stooping. The knife was swung at him in an attempt to stab him, he said, and he jumped to escape the blade. He said that his mother ran out of the house, as he tried to stop the blood from pouring from his father?s leg.

The 10-inch-blade knife was reportedly found yesterday, Wednesday, in the bushes near the house.

Louis Foreman?s mother, Louise, told Amandala that her son did not deserve this. He was a sweet son who was always there whenever the family needed assistance, she said, adding that she wants justice for her son?s life.

?He was just too sweet [to die like that]?, she said.

A post-mortem conducted sometime after 2:00 p.m. today certified that Louis died from ?exsanguination, external bleeding from the femora [longest, largest bone in the body, extending from the hip to the knee] artery injury.?

Louis will be laid to rest on Monday, December 21, at St. Ignatius Church. He will lie in state at 2:00 p.m for funeral services at 3:00 p.m. He is pre-deceased by his father, John Foreman, who passed away a month and a half ago, and his two brothers, Clinton and Victor Foreman. He leaves behind 5 children: 4 girls – Kareem, Rosheen, Camille, and Kimberly; one son, Joslyn Foreman, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

The grieving family is asking the public?s assistance in bringing the attacker to justice. Any information, no matter how minor it may seem to you, they said, may be important, and the number to call is hotline 922.
