CrimeGirl, 15, has left home and refuses to return

COROZAL TOWN, Sun. Jan. 25, 2015–Maud Villanueva, 54, of 4th Street, Corozal Town, is very worried after her daughter, Ana Villanueva, a 15-year-old student of 4th Street, North Corozal Town, who lives with her and who left their home in November last year, 2014, and has refused to return.

According to Villanueva, her daughter had communicated with her by phone, but had refused to tell her with whom she had been living and where. The only thing her daughter had told her is that she was living with “good people.”

Villanueva said that on Wednesday, however, her daughter sent her a message that she needed help and that she was in trouble, but since the call, her daughter has stopped answering her phone, and has not returned her calls.

Villanueva said that she is trying her best to locate her daughter, but her efforts have been in vain.

Ana Villanueva is described as being slimly built, with brown skin and long, black curly hair. She has the word “ANASTASIA” tattooed on her right foot, and a piercing on her navel. Ana is about 5 feet 7 inches tall.

Police are now seeking public assistance in finding Ana Villanueva. Anyone who sees or knows her whereabouts or has information that could lead to finding her is urged to contact the Corozal Police Station at 402-0022 or the nearest police station.

(Following the publication of this report in the mid-week Amandala, police issued a report saying that Villanueva had been found in Orange Walk in good health.)
