Warren Dominguez charged for aggravated assault; claims innocence

CrimeWarren Dominguez charged for aggravated assault; claims innocence
On Tuesday, Warren Dominguez, 20, of a Cemetery Road address appeared in Magistrate’s Court on charges of aggravated assault.

His alleged victim, Heather Foreman, 32, of Mayflower Street, told police that on July 13 of this year she stood at the corner of Vernon and Mayflower Streets after 9:00 p.m. with several other persons, including children, when a dark-skinned East Indian man on a bicycle rode by and began firing in their direction before riding into Mopan Street. No one was hurt.

In court, however, Dominguez claimed he was recovering from gunshot wounds of his own and therefore could not have done it.

He was nonetheless remanded into custody until September 5, when he will reappear in court.
