BELMOPAN, Mon. Apr. 9, 2018– The Belmopan Football Association’s (BFA) Belmopan City Council Kids, Youth and Female Mundialito Cup 2018 continued with games over the weekend at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium.

Saturday, April 7

(U-13) Mexico (Police Cadet) bombed Colombia (Salvapan_), 6-nil, with goals from Omari Anthony (5’), Herson Fuentes (9’), Kevaughn Gabriel (14’), Kadir Gabriel (18’), Deron Guzman (22’) and Alrick Vasquez (45’).

(U-13) Italy (Cotton Tree) edged Brazil (Rising Star), 1-0, with a goal from Allan Jones (31’).

(U-13) Spain (Valencia) crushed Portugal (Armenia), 6-0, with goals from Jeremiah Jones (12’), Allen Jones (22’ & 27’), Rannie Villacorta (26’, 34’ & 40’) and Darwin Neal (42’).

(Female U-17) Argentina (Las Flores Girls) got the 4-2 win over Russia (Bandits).  All 4 Argentina goals were by Briah Ho (7’, 17’, 39’ & 45’); while Bandits got a goal each from Evadney Lamb (11’) and Janel Leiva (19’).

(Female U-17) Croatia (Valley Girls) shut out Germany (Medina’s Girls), 5-0, with goals from Roshanny Narvaez (24’), Esperanza Can (30’), Cindy Cruz (43’) and Angelica Magana (45’).

(U-13) England (Revolution) clipped Argentina (Roaring Creek), 1-nil, on a goal by Aaidan Rivero (42’).

(U-13) Germany (Spanish Lookout) shelled Russia (Bandits), 9-nil, with goals from Randy Elias (15’), Warren Dyck (18’, 23’, 38’ & 39’), Austin Reimer (24’), Allen Umana (33’ & 34’) and Derick Guerra (45’).

Sunday, April 8

(U-15) Brazil (Rising Star) won, 3-1, over Germany (Medina).  Daijon Daniels got all 3 goals (5’, 13’ & 17’) for Brazil; while Milton Laverde (21’) scored for Germany.

(U-15) England (Armenia) got the 4-2 win over Argentina (Las Flores) with goals from Elmer Quintero (5’), Eldon Chiac (9’) and Fredrick Samayoa (13’ & 28’); while Argentina got a goal each from Carlos Montalvo (16’) and Anthony Montalvo (18’).

(U-15) France (Revolution) won by default (3-0) over Costa Rica (Salvapan).

(U-15) Japan (Cotton Tree) defeated Colombia (Roaring Creek), 4-1, with a goal apiece from Tony Stephens (14’), Jayden Gibson (40’), Jaheim Brown (43’) and Christopher Jeffords (46’); while Kavon Guerra (48’) got the only goal for Colombia.
