DANGRIGA, Stann Creek District, Wed. Apr. 24, 2019– The Stann Creek Football Association (SCFA) administered Dangriga Mayor’s Cup Tournament 2019 continued on Thursday night, April 18, with Week 10 games at the Carl Ramos Stadium.
In the opener, Hopkins Ibayani shut out Iderei (DYS), 3-0, with a goal each from Akeem Meyers (9’), Eworth Flowers (53’) and Giovanny Cacho (78’). And in the nightcap, it was Young Generals (YG) with the 1-0 win over New Site Tire Depot, courtesy of a goal by Frederick Flores (21’).
(N.B. We have moved the games for this week to Thursday night. On Friday night, our Dangriga Dream Ballers basketball team will be taking on San Pedro Tiger Sharks in the NEBL playoffs; therefore, we want our home fans to support our Dream Ballers team.)
