FFB Female U-17 Inter-District Week 13 playoff results

BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Sept. 19, 2019– The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) Female U-17 Inter-District Tournament had Week 13 playoff games this past weekend.

Saturday, September 14, playoff results

At the Carl Ramos Stadium, Stann Creek crushed Belize, 10-0, with goals from Rainelle Moss (14’ & 53’), Shanell Thomas (26’), Celene Portillo (39’ & 83’), Shadette Lino (44’) and Jaelin Cacho (59’, 70’, 78’ & 79’).

At the Victor Sanchez Stadium, Toledo dropped Orange Walk, 6-1, with 3 goals each from Kayla Gonzalez (26’, 59’ & 72’) and Leah Mariano (54’, 77’ & 80’); while the lone goal for Orange Walk was by Anahie Blanco (6’).

At the M.A. Stadium in Independence, visiting Belmopan bombed Mid-South, 8-0, with goals from Briah Ho (8’ & 48’), Ashley Rodriguez (34’, 40’ & 52’), Natalie Logan (36’ & 56’) and Stephanie Barrientos (58’).

At the Marshalleck Stadium, Corozal also bombarded the home team, Benque, 9 goals to nil.  Corozal goals were by Dianira Lopez (14’ & 46’), Vanelly Santoya (19’, 23’ & 46’), Joselin Sho (42’) and Darina Tzul (5’, 44’ & 58’).

And at Ambergris Stadium, it was a 0-0 draw between San Pedro and Cayo.
