Dear Editor,

The way the interpretation of rights and natural law is proceeding, it would not be surprising if soon the following declaration were issued by the United Nations General Assembly:-

BASED ON THE UNQUESTIONABLE DIGNITY OF THE HUMAN PERSON WE SOLEMNLY DECLARE THAT ALL THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS ARE ABSOLUTE.

THEREFORE WE HEREBY REQUEST THAT ALL STATES GIVE IMMEDIATE, CONCRETE MANIFESTATIONS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE UNIVERSAL UNDERSTANDING OF RIGHTS.

Based on the understanding and acceptance of this decree by the UN, all governments took immediate steps to be in compliance.

In Belize Kolbe Foundation went through the files of every inmate who had been jailed for violating one law or the other.

It was discovered that one tenth were in jail to serve a life’s term for killing persons who had challenged their “right” to take something that they wanted badly.

It was found that the vast majority had been deprived of their freedom because they had forced intercourse with someone who had been unwilling. All the bigamists, all the incestuous, all the pedophiles, all the rapists – no gays – rejoiced that finally the world was recognizing the truth they had lived all their lives. They could express their sexuality how and when they wished.

There were hundreds who had taken property from those who had enough anyway.

A thunderous roar arose from the depths of the prison’s earth: Individual Rights have finally been recognized. There is No such thing as a limit on human freedom. All rights are absolute!

The Patroness of the Women’s Commission, her Ladyship Kimberley Barrow, led the parade through the prison gate to the acclamation:

Long live Lady Kim!

Long live King Dean!

The foregoing is a nightmarish fantasy. People will think you are crazy if you think it probable, or even possible.

But if you think the Gender Policy is good, you are aiding the realization of the nightmare.
