The girl reported to police that on Monday, September 12, around 2:00 a.m., she was walking in the vicinity of the Rivera Night Club when a white car, bearing taxi license plates, drove up.
The girl told police that she was forced into the car and driven up the Southern Highway to an area off the road. She alleged that the three men raped her.
A medical officer examined the girl and confirmed that she was indeed carnally known.
Magistrate Patrick Rosado, who conducted the arraignment, remanded Petillo, Ferguson and Saragosa to the Hattieville Prison. They are scheduled to reappear in court on Thursday, October 13.
