The young men further reported to police that the gunman fired a spray of bullets at them, which wounded Diaz in the left side of his chest and Olivera in his chest, legs, and right hand. Both persons were transported to the Western Regional Hospital, where they remain in a critical condition. Police have since arrested Henry Baptist, 27, a resident of Gonzalez Street, San Ignacio Town, and charged him with two counts each of attempted murder, dangerous harm, and deadly means of harm. Baptist appeared in the San Ignacio Magistrate?s Court on Tuesday, November 16, and was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until December 16, his next court date.
