Hayward Hulse, 19, an office assistant, is out on bail today after he was granted bail of $1,000 for allegedly causing an injury to his 17-year-old girlfriend on Sunday, November 17.

According to a police report, the couple were spending time together at the well-known “Lovers’ Spot” at the Baron Bliss gravesite, when they got into an altercation that quickly turned physical when Hulse punched his girlfriend in her face.

Hulse pleaded not guilty to the charge and is due back in court on December 20, 2013.
