Kremandala Lake wins their first game of the season, disappoints Kulture Yabra 2-1

SportsKremandala Lake wins their first game of the season, disappoints Kulture Yabra 2-1

Three minutes later, Lake?s Deron Jones stumbled as he tried to split two defenders attempting to get a pass to young Deon McCaulay. Kulture?s Tyrone ?T-Bone? Muschamp wasn?t having it and seized a breakaway, launching a shot that was redirected by Lake?s goalie, Stanley ?Jordan? Reneau.

Four minutes later, David ?Manu? McCaulay was kicked in the stomach and had to leave the game for a few minutes to receive treatment on the sidelines.

Yabra?s Norman ?Tilliman? Nunez was eager and determined to score, and once again Stanley ?Jordan? Reneau had to save.

Having been out of the game for a few minutes, Lake?s David ?Manu? McCaulay, launched a bullet off a pass from forward Dion ? Pussy? Flowers that Yabra?s goalie, Elroy Rowley, could not handle, and Lake had grabbed the early 1-0 lead.

With enthusiasm, Lake?s Ian ?Yellow? Gaynair went up to Elroy Rowley, who is his ?brother-in-law? and gave him a tap on his head. The referee, Victor Williams, misunderstood the action and gave Gaynair a red card to leave the game.

In an interview, Gaynair stated that he only went up to Rowley and gave him a harmless touch saying, ?I told you we were going to get you? and went on his way. But after the Yabra players appeared to plead with the referee, he ejected Gaynair. This left Kemandala Lake in an unstable situation, leading the game 1-0 but a man down for the next 74 minutes.

In a halftime interview with Kulture?s Edon ?Yellowman? Rowley, he said that his team only needed time to focus and spread the field to get the passes. He also said that he was sure that his team would be able to score.

Young Deon McCaulay upset Elroy ?Zabel? Rowley in only 2 ? minutes of the second half when he scored the second Lake goal of the game off another a pass from Lake?s Forward Dion ? Pussy? Flowers in the 18-yard box.

But 9 minutes later, Kulture?s Norman ?Tilliman? Nunez received a heel pass from Tyrone Muschamp and the glimpse of former glories came in the form of an overhead right-footed strike that scored what eventually proved to be Kulture?s only goal of the ball game. The former champs now trailed Lake, 2-1.

The veteran superstar was not satisfied and soon fired another right footer toward the Lake goal which was barely deflected by Stanley ?Jordan? Renaeu.

In the 34thminute of the second half, Kulture?s Daniel Thomas appeared to have the equalizer but Stanley Reneau saved the day when he snatched the ball.

In the 40thminute of the half, Kremandala Lake?s Maurice ?Magic? Francis fired a long range bullet which ricocheted off the cross bar. In another attempt to score, he kicked it over the cross bar. Kremandala Lake won their first game of the season, disappointing Yabra, 2-1.
