SportsMale U-15 National Basketball Team vs Sacred Heart College this Friday night at the Civic
As the U-15 National Basketball Selection continues to prepare for the upcoming CENTROBASKET tournament in Chiapas, Mexico (November 1 – 6), the Belize Basketball Federation (BBF) announces the second in the best-of-three matches against the silver medal COCICADER Champions – Sacred Heart College (SCC).

Game one was held in Belmopan at the UB Gymnasium on Thursday, September 23. SCC edged out the U-15 ballers, 66 to 56, so you know the young ballers are looking for sweet revenge. That match-up saw stellar performances by Kachief Thomas (14pts), Edgar Mitchel (14pts), Dijon McNabb (12pts) and Neville Lisbey (9pts) for SCC.  Not to be outdone, Brian “Bribo” White poured in a team high 14pts, with Kyle Middleton and Tyler Myvett 7pts apiece.

Game two is scheduled for this Friday, October 15, inside the Belize City Center.  Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m. sharp.  Since that game, much has been done, and fans could look forward to additional star performances from the likes of SCC’s Akeem Waters, and from the U-15 ballers – Tariq Middleton, Daniel Sanchez, Rahyme Sacasa among others.

For further information please contact any of the following match organizers: Matthew Smiling – 600-4480; Mark Usher – 610-0363.

Everyone is invited to the City Center this Friday, October 15, and see the U-15 Male National team in action as they prepare to go for GOLD in Chiapas Mexico.
