Orange Walk girl, 13, reported missing since June

GeneralOrange Walk girl, 13, reported missing since June

Luz Clarita Carrillo, 13, a standard four student of Louisiana Government School, has been missing for almost a month now, since June 24.

Her guardian said that she last saw the girl that Tuesday morning, June 24, when she left home to go to school.

She told police that on Friday, someone took a note to her house informing her that Clarita had been kidnapped, and warned her not to go to police. There was no ransom demand, only that she had been kidnapped. The troubled guardian is now wondering if the message was a hoax.

Police are investigating.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Luz Clarita Carrillo is urged to call the nearest police station or Orange Walk Police at 322-2022 or 0800-922 TIPS.
