Open Letter To Hon. Dolores Balderamos-Garcia

Dear Hon. Balderamos-Garcia,

I write to you as a voter in the Belize Rural Central constituency to ask you to declare to me (and indeed all the voters of the Division) what is your position on the referendum being called by the Government of Belize relating to the ICJ.

I simply require to know if you support going to the ICJ, or if you do not.

I feel it necessary to inform you that out of loyalty to Belize, I cannot vote for an area representative who supports going to the ICJ.
