After having been awarded Officer of the Year in June 2012, veteran police constable, Sherlene Ramos, of the Caye Caulker Police Sub Formation, was again recognized as the Officer of the Month for the month of May by her unit in Caye Caulker.

WPC Ramos told Amandala that she is happy and proud that again her efforts have been recognized. She vowed to continue to be an exemplary officer and to continue inspiring her fellow officers to uplift their standards, and to be professionals in executing their duties.
