In the nightcap, it was ?Builders Hardware? over ?Cayo Rising Star? by the score of 97-77. The one-two punch of Aubrey Lopez and Earl Johnson led the ?Builders? with 18 pts and 16 pts respectively, while Ian ?Penny? Ferrera of Cayo hit for 18 pts and pulled 7 rebs and teammate Emerson King managed 23 pts and 9 rebs.

On Sunday, in the first of three games, it was ?Vipers? all over ?Young Gunz? by the score of 91-61. Andre Almendarez of ?Vipers? had a game high 37 pts 11 rebs, and Shamir Martinez helped out with 18 pts 11 rebs. Meanwhile, Imani Enriquez once again led the ?Young Gunz? with 12 pts, followed by Denver Gillett?s 11 pts and Jay Chavarria?s 8 pts 10 rebs.

In Game Two, ?Tiger Town Hustlers? hustled and in so doing blew out ?Siman?s Construction? by the score of 115-36. Kenrick Young of the ?Hustlers? hit for 27 pts, while Jerome Guy recorded 16 pts for ?Siman?s Construction?.

In the third and final game played on Sunday, ?Ontario Rebels? needed overtime to get past ?Cayo Rising Stars? by the score of 88-85. ?Rebels? Keith Franklin 29 pts and Omar Gordon?s 17 pts could not be outdone by Ian Ferrera?s 20 pts and Elroy Willis? 17 pts for ?Rising Stars?.

The tournament continued last night (report pending) with ?UB? taking on ?Siman?s Construction? and ?Ontario Rebels? facing off against ?Vipers? in Game Two action. On Saturday night it will be ?Rising Stars? doing battle with the ?Northsiders? and ?Invaders? hoping to invade the ?Warriors?. On Sunday the first of three games will have ?Young Gunz? doing battle with ?Tiger Town Hustlers? and in the second game, it will be ?Siman?s Construction? going up against ?Builders Hardware?. In the third and final match on Sunday, ?Northsiders? will face the ?Warriors?. We will have all these scores in our Tuesday report.
