BELIZE CITY, Wed. Mar. 20, 2019– The Belize City Council’s “Mayor Belize City 5-Week Dominoes Tournament” got under way with Week One games on Sunday, March 17, at Lakers Kool Spot.
A total of 13 out of the 14 registered teams participated in the Week One games, with the winners reaching 3000 points.
The results, with respective points for the winners and losers, were as follows: Grabas (3032) over Ground Fighters (2001); Port1 (3029) over Another World (1865); Dirty Rebels (3064) over Mango Tree (2366); River Side (3068) over Truckers (2412); House Bottom (3009) over Mopan Street (2974); and Outlaws (3025) over Back Yard (2781). Third World won by default over Port Stars.
The biggest block for the night went to Another World with 92.
