Guatemalan press report that residents in the Suchitán area in Melchor de Mencos, Guatemala, stumbled across a badly decomposed human skull at a public pool. Local authorities are searching the surrounding area looking for the body of the victim, who remains unidentified.

According to the media there, police are also looking into the possibility that the victim may be a Belizean who was recently reported missing in the Cayo District.
