STANN CREEK DISTRICT, Tues. Oct. 27, 2020– Police have today charged Ronaldo Ack, 22, of Bella Vista Village, for the murder of Humberto Vasquez Ramos, 26.
On the morning of Thursday, October 22, police, who were responding to a report they received, went to a cement block factory in Santa Cruz Village in the Stann Creek District, where they found Ramos’ body, on which there were multiple chop wounds, stuffed in a wooden structure on the compound.
Additionally, investigators also found a T-shirt drenched in blood and a blood-stained machete and bicycle. Robbery is believed to have been the motive for the murder, but that is yet to be confirmed.
Ramos was employed as a caretaker for the business.
