ORANGE WALK TOWN, Tue. Apr. 4, 2017–The Orange Walk Football Association (OWFA) Futsal Inter-Office and Open Division Tournament continued with Week #4 Night #2 games on Thursday, March 30, at People’s Stadium. In game 1, (Inter-Office) BSI dropped La Popular, 10-3. BSI got goals from Otoniel Sandoval (3), Orlando Trejo (2), Yamil Williams (3), Farred Carlos and Fidel Barela; while La Popular’s goals were by Zamir Uh (2) and Josue Tut. In game 2, (Inter-Office) it was San Isidrio with the 5-4 win over Belikin Spartans. Scoring for San Isidrio were Adrian Toledano, Gracilian Chan, Gildardo Cervantes and Eduardo Marin (2); while Emory Jacobs (2) and Leo Corado (2) shared the scoring for Spartans. And in the nightcap, (Open) Landy’s won, 5-4, over Heart N Soul. Goal scorers for Landy’s were Enrique Castillo, Gabriel Perez (3) and Alberto Cassanova; while Heart N Soul got a goal each from Hugo Estrada, Michael Whittacker, Mauricio Estrada and Antonio Caliz.
