BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Nov. 12, 2015–In our first Group B game in the UNCAF Women U-17 Qualifiers in Honduras, the Belize Women U-17 squad lost, 9-1, to host Honduras yesterday, Wednesday. Belize plays Costa Rica tomorrow, Friday, at 4:00 p.m. Honduras and Costa Rica will clash on Sunday, November 15, most likely to determine the Group B winner.
Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador are in UNCAF Group A. El Salvador crushed Nicaragua, 7-1, last Wednesday, November 4; on Friday, November 6, Guatemala beat Nicaragua, 4-0; and on Sunday, November 8, it was Guatemala, 1-0, over El Salvador, to finish at the top of Group A.
