Mundialito Kids & Female Cup

The Belmopan Football Association (BFA) held Week 5 games in the Belmopan City Council Mundialito Kids & Female Cup 2014 on Saturday and Sunday, April 12 & 13, at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium.

In the opener on Saturday at 1:00 p.m., (Kids) Central Site-England clipped Salvapan2-Germany, 1-0, with a goal from Jovauun Ramos (60’). Game 2 was a 0-0 draw between (Female) Bmp. Compre-Croatia and San Martin-Mexico. In the final game of the day, (Kids) YWAM-Venezuela won, 3-nil, over San Martin-Mexico1, with a goal apiece from Joshawn Flowers (16’), Nelson Nunez (24’) and Derrick Osorio (30’).

The games on Sunday also began at 1:00 p.m., and it was (Kids) Mountain View-Italy blasting San Martin-Mexico1, 5-nil, with Brent Dubon (37’ & 59’) and Tahj Reid (40’, 42’ & 55’) doing all the scoring for Mountain View. Next it was (Female) Piccini-France, 4-nil, over Maya Mopan-Uruguay, with goals from Marisabel Collins (14’), Nathalie Gigli (31’ & 48’) and Melanie Palacio (57’). And in the last game of the afternoon, (Kids) Piccini-France got the 1-nil victory over Salvapan-Brazil, with Thomas Palacio (19’) netting the game winner for Piccini.

Mundialito Youth Cup

The Belmopan Football Association resumes the Belmopan City Council Mundialito 2014 Tournament with Mundialito Youth Cup games at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium.

Sunday, April 27
10:00 a.m. – (Youth) YWAM-Netherlands vs Salvapan-Brazil
12:00 noon – (Youth) Piccini-France vs Mountain View-Italy
2:00 p.m. – (Youth) San Martin-Mexico vs Las Flores-Spain
4:00 p.m. – (Youth) Central Site-England vs Maya Mopan-Chile
