Dangriga: Wagiya vs Police United at Michael Ashcroft Stadium

SportsDangriga: Wagiya vs Police United at Michael Ashcroft Stadium

DANGRIGA, Wed. Aug. 26, 2015–Cycling:  Here are the results from the second annual Harlem Street Fest Cycling Classic that was held last Saturday from the Roxy Bar to Hopkins junction and back. For the juniors category, first place, second place and third place went to Team Smart; the entire team came in together holding each other’s hands in the air. For the senior category, first place went to Joel Vanagas, in second place was Allan Castillo, and third place went to Erwin Middleton. The Southern Regional Cycling Association would like to inform cyclists that the next race coming up will be the last Sunday in September, which is the 27th September.

8-Ball: The Stann Creek District 8-ball fans would like to wish Valley Shooters all the best this weekend, as they will be representing the Stann Creek District for the National Belikin 8-Ball Tournament in Corozal.

PLB Week 3: The Michael Ashcroft Stadium will explode this Saturday night, August 29, at 7:30 p.m. sharp, which will be Week 3 of the PLB tournament. Jacinto “Fowl” Bermudez, both of Pele’s brothers along with their senior goalkeeper William Johnson, and home team Wagiya, are more energetic for this Saturday’s clash to do a civilian arrest against our security force’s “Cafu” Roches, “Criminal” Castillo, “Fubu” Thomas and Trevor “Burger” Lennon of Police United.

This will be a big Saturday night match-up. All are invited. You can’t afford to miss this big one. Admission $7.00.

This will be payback time for Sergeant Gamboa and his Police United Club. It’s all about Wagiya Meme.
