Deaf-mute man, 48, missing

Kelmart Rudolfo Buddan, 48, of Handyside Street, has been reported missing since Holy Thursday, April 17.

His family told police that Buddan left home on Handyside Street on Thursday, and that was the last time he was seen. The family said that he is deaf, mute and suffers from fits. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and slimly built, with curly hair.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Kelmart Rudolfo Buddan is urged to contact the nearest police station, or 0800 922 TIPS, or Jessie Downs at 207 – 5749.
