Dear BTB:

Will there ever come a day when I can pay my hotel taxes online?

I can pay the water bill, electric bill, cable bill, internet bill, telephone bill and pretty much every other bill for my small “mom and pop” place online … from anywhere in the world … except my bill to you.

Could you kindly move from out of the Stone Age and into the 21st century?

There has got to be a better way.
