BELIZE CITY, Fri. Jan. 30– Funeral services were held this afternoon at St. John’s Cathedral for Glen “Tang” Gonzales, the left wing stalwart of the classy Cinderella Plaza football selections of the 1970s. He was 69 at the time of his passing last week of a heart attack.

Celebrant was Deacon Rudolph Dawson.

Among the mourners in the cathedral was the Plaza icon, Rudolph “Sir Andie” Andersen, and one of the pallbearers was Tang’s more famous younger brother, Philip “Ripper” Coye.
Amandala extends deepest sympathies to the family of Glen “Tang” Gonzales.
