SportsFFB appoints new National Team manager

BELMOPAN, Wed. Aug. 12, 2020– The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) is proud to announce the appointment of Raymond Reynord Garbutt as the new Manager for the Senior “A” National Team, the Belize Jaguars. Mr. Garbutt has worked 15 years with the media and is well known in the sports world for the TNC show “Sports Talk.” He comes with a wealth of experience both in football and management, having played football for twelve years, four of which were in high school and eight with the semi-professional league. Additionally, he has eight years of experience in management.

In a Facebook post, Mr. Garbutt announced his new appointment stating, “I am honored to have been selected as the manager of our ‘A’ national football team. TO GOD I GIVE THE GLORY.”

The Football Federation of Belize takes this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to Raymond and wishes him the best in his new role as National Team Manager. He will be working along with the team and technical staff as they prepare for the World Cup Qualifier matches.
