Belize United and Yabra FC enjoyed their 2nd victories in the Belize Tourism Board’s (BTB) Under-13 Mundialito in Week 3 at the Berger Field in Belize City on Saturday morning, May 10.

In Game 1, Shae Gordon’s beaver hat trick (4’, 10’ 18’ & 25’) led Belize United’s 8-0 win over the KP Strikers, with other goals by Giangelo Crespo (7’), Jefferson Martinez (12’), Vadim Zabaneh (16’) and Milton Garcia (33’).

In Game 2, Hattieville United held league leading Berger United to a 3-3 draw, with goals by Candido Neal (6’) and Dylan Beaino (17’), and they profited from Berger midfielder Thomas Henry (36’ OG) inadvertently heading the ball into his own net; after Tyrone Vernon (4’), Errol Peters (8’) and Zaoylen Jones (33’) had given Berger United a 3-2 lead.

In Game 3, Sampson Academy held Leaders of Tomorrow to a 2-2 draw, with Arnez Myles (29’) delivering the equalizer, 2-2, after Tyrone Fitzgibbon (5’) and Ornell Rubio (12’) had given the Leaders a 2-0 lead, until Leaders’ defender Rajon Pitterson (OG) reduced Sampson’s deficit by inadvertently sending the ball into his own net.

In Game 4, Yabra FC ran over Reality Youths, 4-1, with goals by Tyrone Guy (23’), Adolfo Gomez (28’) and Kyrone Martinez’s brace (a penalty 30’ PK & 33’), after Rayden Smith (12’) had struck first for Reality Youths.

In Game 5, Ebony Lake held Ladyville Rising Stars to a 2-2 draw after Zayden Brown’s brace (6’ & 8’) had given Ladyville a 2-1 lead. Angel Giron (7’) equalized at 1-1 for Ebony Lake, and Darrel Solano (22’) salvaged the 2-2 draw.
