In the United States, the highest ranking among the white power structure are referred to as “WASP’s,” which is to say, White Anglo-Saxon Protestants.
Joseph Kennedy, Sr., was an Irishman, and therefore included amongst Italians and Jews as a person of an inferior rank. The large migration of Irish, Italians, and European Jews to the U.S. took place in the latter part of the nineteenth century and the early part of the twentieth century.
Joe Kennedy, Sr. made much of his fortune bootlegging illegal alcohol into America during the Prohibition era (1919-33). Even though he became respectable and was appointed U.S. Ambassador to Great Britain before World War II began in 1939, this was a man who had had business contact with American mobsters, who were mostly Italian, while doing his bootlegging.
But Joe Kennedy, Sr., had the dream of having one of his sons become President of the United States. His first choice was Joe, Jr., but Joe, Jr., was killed in action during the war, which some black skeptics have described as a “European tribal war,” instead of with the grandiose title of “World War II.”
So then, Joe, Sr., focused on his second son, John Fitzgerald, whom he guided and financed successfully enough for JFK to become the Senator from the state of Massachusetts.
John Kennedy became the first Roman Catholic to become President of the United States when he narrowly defeated Richard Nixon, the Republican Party candidate, in the 1960 presidential election.
John Kennedy was touted as a war hero by his father’s public relations machine. He had been captain of a so-called PT boat and suffered a serious back injury in action. In addition, he suffered from Addison’s disease and other ailments, but his health issues were successfully covered up, and he was seen by the American voting public as a rich, dashing, handsome, virile man, married to a beautiful lady whose maiden name was Jacqueline Bouvier.
John Kennedy was a philanderer, and at one point, whether he knew it or not, he was sharing mistresses with a Chicago Mafia chieftain by the name of Sam Giancana. JFK also had an affair with America’s most famous actress/sex symbol at the time, Marilyn Monroe.
When he became president, John Kennedy named his younger brother, Bobby Kennedy, as Attorney General. Bobby Kennedy had a personal feud with the most powerful union boss in America, Jimmy Hoffa, who was using union funds to do different kinds of business with the Mafia. However it came about, Bobby Kennedy began to target Mafia bosses all over the U.S., even though it was felt that they had supported JFK in the 1960 election.
In my Tuesday column earlier this week, I told you I had forgotten the third matter which Don Hector Silva had mentioned as an example of Premier George Price’s tight ship during the 1960s. Well, now I remember the third matter, and it had to do with Carlos Marcello, the Mafia boss in New Orleans. Bobby Kennedy had Marcello deported to Sicily. I don’t know if Marcello actually returned to Sicily, but my stats are that he entered British Honduras from Guatemala and offered the Price government a large sum of money to issue him a British Honduras passport or papers of some sort. Don Hector was a Cabinet Minister in the Price government at the time, so he will have the details.
When John Kennedy was sensationally assassinated in Dallas, Texas, in November of 1963, nothing like that had happened in America since President Abraham Lincoln was shot dead by John Wilkes Booth at the end of the American Civil War in 1865.
Texas’ Lyndon Baines Johnson, then Vice-President, was quickly sworn in as President, and the American government set about trying to convince the American public that Kennedy had been killed by a lone, deranged, half-Communist gunman named Lee Harvey Oswald, instead of by a sophisticated conspiracy which featured the Mafia, Cuban exiles, and what we now call “the deep state.”
An American by the name of Abraham Zapruder was privately shooting a film for home use when he caught many things on his camera which essentially exposed the Oswald lie. John Kennedy was killed by “triangulated” high-powered gunfire because he and his brother had made enemies of some very powerful people. Five years later, his younger brother, Bobby, campaigning for the Democratic Party nomination for the presidency, was assassinated in California.
When a black man, Barack Obama, was elected US president in 2008, it was a totally emotional moment for Afro-Americans and people of color all over the world. But very early in the Obama presidency, one or two people who could not be accounted for by the Secret Service, appeared at a banquet or some kind of high-level social event sponsored by Obama. A message was being sent to Barack by the deep state: you are vulnerable.
Anyway, I’m glad I remembered Don Hector’s reference to Marcello, because students of the JFK assassination consider Marcello and the Florida Mafia boss, Santos Trafficante, to have been implicated in the JFK conspiracy.
Now Louisiana (New Orleans) and Florida are just about the closest parts of the United States to the controversial, high-profile island of Cuba, which Fidel Castro led to a successful revolution in 1959. Cuba, prior to Fidel, had been “owned” by the American Mafia. JFK himself had partied in Havana while a Senator. Fidel changed everything, and the American Mafia, the Cuban exiles, and some of the wealthiest people in America became very, very angry about Castro and his Revolution. That is why Castro felt he had to seek Russian nuclear weapons: he was desperate.
All the preceding has been by way of giving younger readers a sense of how explosive are the elements beneath the surface in America. This is a country which fought a bloody civil war between 1861 and 1865. The United States is seriously divided again today. Talk of insurrection is all around. Remember, the stars and stripes was created by a people who came from Europe and slaughtered Native Americans from the Atlantic to the Pacific. They appear to love violence. This is real.
