BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Oct. 17, 2019– Appearing on Krem Radio’s Press Cadogan Sports Show on Sunday morning, October 13, Belizean football manager/promoter Charles Hogan, on a vacation home from Los Angeles where he presently resides, said that he has met with Verdes owner Ian Haylock, and is seriously working on plans to host Verdes FC in Los Angeles next June, when a Los Angeles Warriors selection will play a friendly against the Verdes team. Hogan was in Belize for the September celebrations, spending most of the time in his home town Dangriga. After the show, Hogan paid a brief visit to bedridden former footballer Michael “Maradona” Sutherland, before making final preparations for his road journey back to L.A. beginning on Sunday night.
