The Office of the Attorney General for Quintana Roo has issued an official missing persons notice for 51-year-old Belizean Johan Elias Friesen. Friesen, a Mennonite resident of Guinea Grass Village, Orange Walk, was first reported missing on Sunday, May 22, according to the Fiscalia General Del Estados Quintana Roo (FGE).
