Please help identify John Doe

The Belize Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in helping to identify the body of John Doe which was found floating inside the Haulover Creek this morning. There were no signs of injuries on the body and the only distinguishing mark was a tattoo on John Doe’s arm.
