Dear Mayors,
On February 20, 2011, we sent you all a letter requesting copies of your council financials. It has been ten months and we have not received the requested information or even the courtesy of a reply from your office.
In keeping with your commitment to good governance, transparency and accountability and in accordance with the freedom of information act, we hereby once more kindly request the following information from your Councils:
A copy of the most recent financial statements for your city or town; and a copy of the proposed budget for financial year 2012 to 2013
We thank you for your kind cooperation and timely response.
