Yabra Sporting Club coordinator Jerome “Peeloff” Mejia shared the above picture of their latest production, the Yabra U12 squad which he said won the Orlando Pollard Football Tournament held on Saturday, July 27, at Yabra Green.

The Yabra youths were also the Emancipation Day football champion in the tournament at Ladyville on Thursday, August 1st. Bragged Peeloff, “We won, 9 to 1 over Ladyville. Yabra scorers were Kyron Martinez (3), Camron Brown (2), Tyrone Guy (2), Adolfo Gomez (1) and Tayshawn Brown (1).” He didn’t recall the name of the scorer for Ladyville, but we are sure that Ladyville coach Daniel “Sundance” Smith will be looking to make good on a return match.
