Two men have been released on bail, of $1,000 each, by the Corozal Magistrate Court after they were taken to court yesterday on charges of cattle theft. Fabian Lino and Alberto Garcia, both of Libertad Village, Corozal, were ordered to return to court on Monday, October 21.

Clifton West, Sr., of Libertad Village, told Corozal Police that after checking his cattle he found that three were missing. Police launched an investigation into the disappearance of the cattle, which led to the arrest of Lino and Garcia. Both men were detained at the Corozal Police Station, where they were charged with the offenses. On Monday, August 19, they were taken to court to answer to the offenses.
