BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Feb. 23, 2017–Former KREM News announcer, Annlyn Apolonio was among the cast of female and male athletes on stage at the Bliss Center for the Performing Arts last Saturday night at the Spiez Muscle Mania show, where Annlyn walked away with top honors in the Open Bikini-Fitness Competition. . Relishing her victory and exuding confidence, Annlyn remarked on her facebook page on Sunday morning, “Some people have a fear of being on stage. I have a fear of coming off it.” Other 1st place winners at the event, sponsored by Spiez Pharmaceuticals Imports owner/manager Ahmad Shaw Amini, were Aurel Lewis in the Open Men’s Physique category, and Clayton Greenidge, who won the Open Men’s Bodybuilding Competition.

The event was hosted by the Belize Body Building and Fitness Federation (BBBFF).

In related news, Mr. Belize, Rigo Vellos, who also did some guest posing at the Spiez Muscle Mania show, appeared with BBBFF President, Mirna Paul-Greenidge on KREM WUB this morning, where they discussed plans to participate in the upcoming Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio, which takes place from March 2-5 of this year.
