Stolen car recovered

A Nissan Sentra car, the property of Michael Jorgenson, a taxi driver and resident of La Croix Boulevard, valued at about $5,000, which was reported stolen from in front of his house sometime between 12:30 to 6:30 Sunday morning, has been found.

The car was found at about 10:30 Monday morning in the Krooman area off Fabers Road. The car was recovered in good condition and only the battery had been stolen.

Police reported that they were on mobile patrol in the area when they saw the car, which was parked.

Police do not yet know who stole the car.
