Crime4 shots fired at 2 men on Antelope Street

A 17-year-old young man of an Antelope Street address reported to police that a man whom he knows only as “Froggie” fired about four shots at him while he was walking along with a friend on Antelope Street at around 7:00 p.m. this past Saturday, June 14.

The youth said that after hearing his friend say “lookout!” he turned around to see “Froggie” standing over a bicycle and pointing a firearm in their direction, after which he (Froggie) let off a volley of shots.

Fearing for his life, the victim told police, he and his friend scrambled for safety and ran up Antelope Street in the direction of Central American Boulevard, where he later checked himself and realized that he was uninjured.

Police said that they are currently seeking “Froggie”.
