Future Football Club hosts 3rd Annual Summer Camp

The Future Football Club, which is run by veteran footballer Edon “Yellowman” Rowley, will be hosting its 3rd Annual Summer Camp at the ITVET Football Field in Belize City.

The camp – which will take place from July 14-25 – will cater to children, male and female, between the ages of 5 to 16 years.

At its conclusion, trophies will be awarded to the Best Male and Best Female Camper, Most Disciplined male and female, Most Outstanding male and female, and participants are also slated to receive Certificates of Attendance and Participation.

The registration is free and the coordinator told Amandala that apart from sporting activities, the youngsters will also be trained to develop life skills, while promoting physical activity and showcasing talent and skills through a partnership with Youth for the Future.

Rowley said that the club consists of about 35 children; however, other children are invited to sign up for the summer camp as well.

He also acknowledged the sponsors who have been helping to make the camp possible so far, such as Belize Telemedia, Belize Bank, Cambranes Bakery, Freetown Drug Store and Simon Quan Ltd.

If anyone would like to assist Rowley with the program, he can be contacted at 630-0235 or [email protected]
