The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) is proud to inform the general public that the 2022 edition of the National Elite U13 Boys Championship is tentative to commence on July 29th, 2022 and end on September 9, 2022. This tournament will run for a period of 7 weeks, and games are scheduled to be played on Fridays at 2:00 p.m.
The National U13 Boys Championship is aimed towards the development of players which will lead to the selection of a pool of 40 boys who will form a part of FFB’s National Team Development Program.
Participating Regions are: Group A – Stann Creek Elite, Toledo Elite, Cayo Elite, Benque Viejo Elite, and Mid-South Elite; and Group B – Corozal Elite, Orange Walk Elite, Belize Elite, San Pedro Elite, and Belmopan Elite. Each team will be playing a minimum of four games, while the semifinals will be played as home-and-away, and the finals as knockout as per the regulations.
President Sergio Chuc, the FFB Executives and the entire FFB Family take this opportunity to wish all participating teams the best of luck as they kick off this tournament. We take this opportunity to remind all participants that Fair Play principles must always guide our actions on and off the pitch.

(AMANDALA Sports Ed. Note: As the FFB release indicates, each team in the two groups of 5 regional teams will play 4 games in the First Round; but as the schedule confirms, those 4 games will not all be against members of the same group. After the end of the First Round, the top two teams from each group will go on to a cross-group home-and-away semifinals, and then the winners will clash in one game only for the championship. 2:00 p.m. – Toledo vs Mid-South – Victor Sanchez Union Field
2:00 p.m. – Orange Walk vs Corozal – Louisiana Football Field
2:00 p.m. – Benque Viejo vs Cayo –Marshalleck Stadium
2:00 p.m. – Belize vs San Pedro – MCC Grounds
