The Alvian Strikers and Royal Fusion enjoyed big wins in Week 3 of the Belize District Football Association (BDFA) Under-15 Female 2024-2025 Closing Season football tournament, which continued with 2 matches at the Berger Field in Belize City on Saturday morning, April 26.

In Game 1, the Alvian Strikers schooled the KP Strikers, 7-1, led by Treniece Amaya’s hat trick (8’, 13’ & 45’). Aisha Reyes (1’ & 20’) and Camryn Henry (44’ & 48’) each scored a brace. Only Johana Martinez (37’) delivered a consolation goal for the KP Strikers from a free kick to the vee of crossbar and right upright that eluded goalkeeper Tatiana Martinez.

In Game 2, Royal Fusion blasted the Goal Getters, 5-1, led by Jocelyn Zuniga’s hat trick (10’, 31’ & 43’), after Sheren Humes (9’) had scored a golazo from a set piece at the half way line, and Maleah Bladen (13’) scored the 3rd Fusion goal. Audilyssa “Treasure” Bowen (48’) scored the Goal Getters’ only consolation goal on a set piece from 25 yards.

The tournament continues on Saturday, May 3, at the Berger Football Field.
