Gilharry said that he was shot in the left side of his hip.

A friend, Gilharry said, took him to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for his gunshot wounds.

A hospital attendant told Amandala that while she was cleaning the victim?s wound, the slug dropped out of the victim?s side, where it had been lodged.

Gilharry told Amandala that he does not know why he was shot. He said that he does not molest anyone, and that he considers himself a good person.

An X-ray performed on him at 8:35 tonight showed no major tissue damage. However, the hospital attendants are holding him under observation for the night.

We do not know with what type of gun Gilharry was shot.

At press time tonight, no one had been arrested for the shooting.
