C-Ray Full Throttle Thursday Race – November 28

SportsC-Ray Full Throttle Thursday Race – November 28

BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Nov. 28, 2019– Every Thursday, the C-Ray Cycling Club hosts a race on the Boom-Hattieville Road, from Data Pro to Hattieville roundabout and back, for a total of 23.8 miles. This week, the race was completed in a time of 59:09 and averaged 23.6 mph.

Station prize winners were David Banner, Jr., who won the first prize in front of the prison.

On the return at Fresh Pond, Jafari Castro won the other station prize.

Finishing 1st was Eric Morales of Team Valvoline. 2nd was Brandon Cattouse of C-Ray D.

Banner Cycling; 3rd, from Clear the Land, was Jafari Castro. Kaya Cattouse of C-Ray D.

Banner finished 4th; and Fitzgerald “Palas” Joseph of Team Lampaz rounded out the top 5.

Prizes were also awarded to the 50-Plus category (50 years and older). 1st was Fitzgerald “Palas” Joseph; 2nd, Ray Cattouse of C-Ray D. Banner; and 3rd was Warren Coye of Team Santino’s.

1st Junior was David Banner, Jr.; and 1st Female was Kaya Cattouse, both of the C-Ray D. Banner Cycling Team.
