BELIZE CITY. Mon. May 3rd 2021– As reported last week Friday, the former Governor-General, Sir Colville Young demitted office after decades of serving the country as the head of state.

Over the weekend a new representative for the Queen in Belize was officially chosen, Froyla Tzalam has officially be designated the new Governor-General of Belize.

According to local reports, Buckingham Palace approved her appointment recently, she will complete her transition from leading SATIIM to leading the country as the crown’s representative.
