BELIZE CITY, Tues. Nov. 1, 2016–The Belize Softball Federation (BSF) today named the 18 U-22 female softball players that will represent Belize at the XIII Central American U-22 Female Softball Championship, scheduled to commence on Friday, November 4, at Rogers Stadium.

The players selected, and their respective home towns, are: ARLENE WADE (Roaring Creek); ASHLEY LUCAS and TYRA MOREIRA (Belize City); DEVONIE REYES (Lord’s Bank); ELMA WADE (Crooked Tree); JUCELY BADILLO and NAYELI LONGSWORTH (San Pedro Town); KELSEY ROBINSON and RANISHA RHABURN (Flowers Bank); LYNESE ALVAREZ, MARDY NICHOLSON, REBECCA NICHOLSON and SHERIDAN MORGAN (Burrell Boom); RENISHA RICHARDS and TIARA BRADLEY (Camalote); SHANAYA SOBERANIS and SHAREENI SOBERANIS (Esperanza); and STEVIANA MOREIRA (Corozal).

Head coach is Nelberth Flowers; assistant coaches are Floyd Flowers and Ruth Lamb; and scorer/statistician is Barbara Cadle.
