The Orange Walk Football Association (OWFA) held its 2023-2024 Closing Season U17 semifinal games on Saturday, May 25, at the Louisiana Football Field, starting at 2:00 in the afternoon.

In the first semifinal, it was San Lazaro Revolutions defeating San Jose FC, 1-0, on a goal by Zakir Yama (47’).

The other semifinal saw Progresso FC prevailing, 1-nil, over San Estevan Young Stars, with Mark Bainton (38’) netting the game winner.

The OWFA U17 Finals are set for this Saturday:

Saturday, June 1, Louisiana Field
2:00 p.m. – (3rd Place) San Jose FC vs San Estevan Young Stars
4:30 p.m. – (championship) San Lazaro Revolutions FC vs Progresso FC
