Police Release Details of Suspected Drug Plane

“On Friday, December 2019, police responded to a report of a plane in the area of Chan Chen Village. Upon arrival in the area and approximately a quarter of a mile northwest of Chan Chen Village, they observed a twin-engine aircraft with markings N5461. They also observed about 3/4 of the craft was burnt to ashes. No one was in the immediate area. Police also found the following items at the scene:11 small aluminum buckets, 4 portable rechargeable led lights, and (1) black magazine containing 34 live rounds of 7.62 rounds of ammunition. Police are investigating.”
