Recinos Imports scammed of $73,000 by scurvy salesman

GeneralRecinos Imports scammed of $73,000 by scurvy salesman

SAN IGNACIO, Cayo District, Fri. Oct. 11, 2019– Recinos Imports, a business located in San Ignacio, is short of $73,000, and police have detained one of the business’s salesmen for questioning in connection with the missing money.

When the company audited the salesman’s books to tally dog food sales, the discrepancy was found, and police were called.

A company salesman told the company and police on Monday that while making routine checks with customers in San Ignacio to determine whether they were ready to purchase more supplies of dog food, the customers told him that they had already purchased dog food from the company at a reduced price, from another company salesman.
