BELIZE CITY, Thurs. June 8, 2017–Three games were played on Sunday, June 4, in the 2017 Belize Rural Female Softball Tournament, all with big scores. Lords Bank Sunrise crushed Easy Does It, 12-2, behind winning pitcher (WP) Karen Hilton, while the losing pitcher (LP) was Margaret Hendy. Orchid Girls swept Arrows United, 30-0; WP – Valorie Vernon, and LP – Sheryll Ferguson. And Power Outage won, 13-4, over Beverly Hill Flames; WP – Yvette Flowers, and LP – Sheraine Westby.
