GeneralSecond arrest made for murder of “Mr. Program”

BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Oct. 8, 2020– Police have made a second arrest in connection with the murder of Belizean musical artist Gilbert Alamilla, also known as “Mr. Program.”

The musical talent was killed last Friday.

Investigators told the press that the order to kill Alamilla was given by Raheem Marsden, 28, to Clayton Lanston White, 49, who allegedly stabbed the musician multiple times at an apartment off Simon Lamb Street in Belize City.

Marsden then went on the run, but on Wednesday, October 7, he was arrested and formally charged with murder.

Police had previously arrested and charged Clayton White with the same murder.
